Upgrade to L-Plate for A7R4 for A7R6. There's a robust brace now to add further support. The vertical part is moved further away from the camera body and no longer nearly connects to it. This gives slightly easier access to the cameras connections although it's still little fiddly to get them open, however, this is hard to avoid. Solid as ever.
This bracket did not fit the Sony a7rV well but it is perfect for the a7rVI.
I've used many L-Plates over the years and none of them touch the build and finish of the Rogeti L-Plates. They fit precisely with no play and the gusseted construction offers extra stiffness and stability. I really like the inclusion of accurate bubble levels to make it east to precisely keep the camera level. Way better than the plates offered by the famous names in the market.

Great design especially for portrait orientation use where the front brace hugely increases rigidity over the normal L bracket designs.
